Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free shipping

Every ROOT order ships with free standard shipping. There's nothing extra to add at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 5 business days before they ship. Orders placed during busy periods or promotions may take a little longer to leave our fulfillment center.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Altogether, most orders arrive within about 3 to 9 business days of being placed. These are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees, and occasional delays can happen.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, a package may be returned to the fulfillment center, and we'll reach out to arrange redelivery.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
